Technical care
We explain in detail how to get ready for a lesson and add you to a chat with the school where you can ask anything.
We teach children and teenagers aged 7 to 18 one-to-one and in micro-groups. We match the programme and the pace to your child’s character and interests, and keep you posted on their progress.
Our approach
You do not have to be an IT specialist or your child’s project manager. We set everything up and give you feedback you can actually use.
We explain in detail how to get ready for a lesson and add you to a chat with the school where you can ask anything.
Live conversation in real time — no dull recordings. Only interactive lessons with a teacher, a dialogue and answers to questions here and now.
Every student gets attention, and we always see and hear your child. One-to-one lessons are available too.
Kids leave the lesson with a finished result — a project built within the planned topic, but from their own unique idea.
We always help find an idea, support the child when something gets hard, and build a flexible lesson plan around what they know and what they are into.
After the first lesson we tell you in detail where we start and where we are heading. And several times a year we prepare reports on what we worked on and what your child achieved.
Bonus hands-on labs midweek keep them from getting stuck on the hard parts (available with packages from 3 months to 1 year).
General school news lives in the school channel, and questions and feedback go to your personal assistant. For older groups we set up a chat directly with the teacher.
We have a circle of planned topics. But everyone leaves the lesson with a project built on their own ideas. And there is room to follow their imagination in the hands-on labs.
How to start
We find a time for the first meeting — and a group schedule that fits.
Programmes
Over the years of our school, we have assembled a palette of directions that gently unlocks each child’s potential. We match the course individually to their interests and age: • some prefer game creation, while others are into graphics and 3D • some program with great enthusiasm alongside an AI assistant and neural networks, while others want to write code themselves • some come as complete beginners because there is no computer science at school, others have tried programming at home Lesson formats: micro-groups of 3 to 5 students or one-to-one lessons. Important detail: with our youngest beginners (aged 7–8), we work strictly one-to-one to give the child maximum attention. Joining micro-groups is possible from age 9 (or slightly earlier upon teacher recommendation if the child is ready).
A quick match
Answer four questions and we will show two directions that are most likely to fit. No contact details needed.
This is a suggestion, not a verdict: we settle the programme and the pace in a conversation with you.
In a case like this we usually start with grown-up tools: the teenager runs their own project with a tracker and builds a portfolio for university.

Intensive team development of real IT products for external users. Instead of classroom exercises, students build 3 major startups (games, web services, AI bots, or utilities) useful to real people. Two mentors work with the group simultaneously: one oversees clean code, architecture, and the technical side, while the second focuses on product and launch.

One-to-one mentorship for participating in school IT conferences, hackathons, olympiads, and startup competitions. A personal team of two experts helps bring a focused idea to a winning result: a technical mentor guides code, algorithms, and debugging, while a presentation mentor helps prepare documentation, build a Pitch Deck, and rehearse the defense before judges.

Lead Mentors
Experienced educators and IT practitioners who have undergone comprehensive training in both online and offline formats. Each of them deeply shares our culture: knowing how to engage students in complex topics, create a safe and friendly environment in classes, and become a true guide to the world of technology for each student.

A great programmer is easier to find than a great educator — that is why we build our selection differently. We look for people with a technical background (most often practicing developers), but we only invite those to our team who have the essential quality: genuine empathy and true joy from working with children. You can teach someone to write code, but teaching them to love kids and burn with excitement for their successes is hardly possible. We train every future teacher in our inner culture and evaluate them by three key criteria: • Understanding age — the teacher clearly senses who is in front of them: a 9-year-old child or a 14-year-old teenager, and knows what truly interests them. • Speaking the same language — the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, engaging language without boring lectures. • Attention to everyone — it is impossible to get lost in our lessons. The teacher remembers each student, notices every achievement, and takes a genuine interest not only in the code, but in what the child lives by. That is why our teachers leave classes energized, and kids eagerly look forward to every lesson.
“You can learn to code even without a special mathematical talent — as long as there is desire and persistence. But genuinely loving children, burning with excitement for their successes, and enjoying communicating with them — this must be rooted in the mentor’s character. That is why we look with special care for those who possess this exact talent.”

He always runs to his lesson. Even when he is out with friends, he remembers there is a class and shows up on time.
Yana, mother of Daniel, 12
parent
My son Daniel would not even hear about programming. I asked him to go to a trial lesson at Rubik School. And, a miracleeeee, he wanted to go on, he is studying, he is interested. That is all down to the teachers, to the atmosphere itself and the approach. Rubik School is my son’s and my favourite. Thank you💖
Yulia, mother of Bulat, 9
parent
Bulat has only been studying for a third month. And now he has discovered he can write programs at home. He sits up till night making games, you cannot drag him away.
Larisa, mother of Lev, 10
parent
My child is interested in it himself, he does not need me looking over his shoulder. Everything he programs at home he does on his own and because he wants to. I know he is taking part in a competition. Sometimes he sends his games to classmates so they can play them. Last summer we did Minecraft for two months. Now that is Lev’s point of pride: he is the only one of his friends who can set up a server and use commands. And he teaches all of them.
Seva, 17, our graduate
student
I have just turned 17 and I am still programming — I have already written an app for friends at university. I study at a lyceum, and I chose my profession thanks to you back in the second grade. I have not settled on a field yet, but programming is definitely the foundation.
Artem, 13
student
At first, when I started programming, I was simply interested in it. And now I see how much more thoughtful and technically literate I am than my peers. I know far more about computers than my classmates do. I was really surprised when I noticed it. Programming helps me not only when I am programming, but in ordinary life too: it is easier to find my way around website interfaces, easier even to search for something on Google. For example, did you know that if you put a phrase in quotation marks when you search, you get pages that are certain to contain that phrase? I can use keyboard shortcuts. So I would strongly recommend programming to anyone who simply wants to understand computers better.
